From engineer to designer, 8 years in.

I started out writing code, studying computer science at VTU, then went to the National Institute of Design to learn who that code is really for. Since then I've designed enterprise products at Tata Consultancy Services, Schneider Electric and Brillio, for teams at Hilton, Nokia, PMI and BRAC Bank, across HR, energy, ESG, hospitality, banking and retail.

I'm happiest inside the messy stuff: tools people rely on every day, full of roles, rules and edge cases. I untangle them until they feel obvious, work side by side with engineers so good ideas actually ship, and leave teams with systems they can keep using long after I've moved on.
